Confirmation
After booking and when the payment process has been completed, you will immediately receive an email containing all the information regarding your reservation:
Check in and check out date, total number of nights, deposit paid and amount still due, link and map of the apartment. Four days before your arrival you will receive another remainder by email containing also the name and telephone number of the person in charge of checking you in.
Cancellation
When booking you will be charged between 15% - 35% of total price of stay, depending on the apartment and on the season, this amount is not refundable.
The rest of the payment is due in cash when you check in.
If you cancel less then 15 days before arrival you will be charged the 100 % of the total amount.
We advise you to take out travel insurance. In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incident, the conditions of cancellation will be applied as established here.
Cleaning fee and Admin costs
We apply a fixed fee of 50 euros for each reservation which includes inital cleaning, credit card commission, admin fees, vat.
No other costs will be charged on your credit card.
Check in – Check out Time
Check in time: from 3 PM to 9 PM
Check out time: before 11 am
Normal check-in time is between 3 and 9pm; if you wish to get into the
apartment before or after this hours an extra fee of 25€ will be applied
when making the reservation.
All check-ins after 11pm are subject to an additional charge of 20€ payable on arrival.
Check-out time is at 11am, if you wish to stay in longer into our apartment
an extra fee of 40€ will be applied subject to the apartment availability.
Security deposit
Security deposit against damage is 300 euros and consists of a pre-authorisation on your CREDIT CARD (only VISA and MASTERCARD).
This pre-authorisation will be automatically reversed three working days after your check out, provided that your apartments is found with no damage.
Additional request
Baby cot: Additional cost of 35 Euros, for the total stay.
Invoice: Please notes prices are displayed without VAT. for invoice request an additional 7% will be added on the total price displayed. Invoices must be requested before checking in.
Reservation Change
For every change on your original reservation, additional 35 euros will be charged
Apartment rules
Is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartments, to make noises of every kind in the apartments or in the building, to bring additonal people other then the number specified on reservation. The apartment must be left in decent condition and all plates and cuttlery must be washed, garbage must be left in the bins on the street. Additonal cost of 50€ euros will be charged for not following this rule.
In the rental price all utilities are included, SHEETS AND TOWELS FOR ALL GUESTS, internet if specified at apartment level.
